Railcar type M296. 1. Model is equipped with a Plux16 DCC interface, motor with flywheel, front, back and interior lights.
The railcars M296.1 were used for fast passenger transport on international line Vindobona (Wien-Prague-Berlin) in 1969-70 years. The slightly modified type M296.2 was used for local lines in Czechoslovakia. They was produced in 35 pcs and 25pcs series (M296.2) by the Vagonka Tatra Studénka Company. The engine has a hydrodynamic gear with a 580kW motor and was able to pull two light Bam trailers. After year 2000 all units was rebulid with Catepillar motor and changed to type as 854. No old 852/3 remained.
